Rubina Latif- Salon Director CIBTAC
Rubina is the driving force behind the highly successful salon. It is because of her immense knowledge of the Beauty and Cosmetics Industry, that the salon offers some of the best treatments and products available today.

Rubina gained her CIBTAC qualification at the world famous London Institute of Beauty Culture in 1986, with Honours.

Shortly after leaving the Institute, she worked in Selfridges, Dickens and Jones and Harvey Nichols and was quickly promoted to Counter Manager and In House Make up Artist. This gave her an excellent insight into the Beauty and Fashion Industry.
In 1993, at the age of 26, Rubina opened Mother Earth, giving Crystal Palace its first Beauty Salon. In 1998 Rubina was one of the first IPL Practitioners in the UK, and introduced this treatment into the salon in 2001. In 2005 Rubina had treated over 700 clients successfully with IPL.

Her qualifications now include a HND in Beauty Therapy, and an Advanced Diploma in Intense Pulse Light Therapy, and her clients include business women, celebrities and fashion models. She also works closely some of the most influential people in the Beauty and Cosmetics Industry today

Donna Duong- Assistant Manageress
Donna has been working at Mother Earth since 2000. She gained her Beauty Therapy Qualifications in 1998, and has been an IPL Practitioner since 2001. In 2002 she was promoted to Assistant Manageress at Mother Earth
She has worked in some of the most successful salons in London, and her experience and expertise has been of tremendous value at Mother Earth. She has established herself well at the Salon and has a very loyal client base.

Roshni Chaytun- Beauty Therapist
Roshni has been at the Salon since 2003. She gained her qualifications in Mauritius in 2001. She worked at the famous Beachcumber Paradise Hotel in Mauritius for two years, and her clients included Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne.

Zena Rose- Receptionist
Zena came to work at the salon in 2004. Previously she was Head Receptionist at Toni and Guy Hair salon, for 5 years. Although she is not trained as a Beauty Therapist, she has completed Product Training with Matis, Elemis and Nailtiques

Dr Lucy Glancey-Medical Director
Dr Lucy has been practising in cosmetic medical aesthetics since 1993, and is one of the country's leading cosmetic surgeons. She has made several television appearances including Channel 4's 'Ten Years Younger' and GMTV. Dr Lucy or one of her highly experienced nurses, regularly attend the Salon to administer Botox and Filler Injections, and have been doing so since 2003.
She is also medical director of Glancey Medical Associates, and has a number of clinics across the UK including her own in Harley St, Essex and East Bergholt.
